Fuels for Karts
In competition, reliability is as necessary as high technology. The quality of Elf products is a key factor in the success of the World's top Katers. Ongoing research, state-of-the-art technology, and completely reliable products are the main ingredients for the Elf fuels and lubricants used in kart racing all over the world.
We respond to several complaints per week from Karters who are unhappy with the quaility and consistency of pump fuel. Elf BFK-07 is the answer, with no benzene, no sulpher and a higher MON rating, Elf BFK-07 is a much cleaner and faster burning fuel than what is available from out of the pump. If your drivers health is important to you, note that Elf BFK-07 is a "green" low emission fuel.
BFK-07 vs Pump Fuel Elf BFK-07 is more expensive than Pump Fuel, this is due to the fact that Elf BFK-07 is an imported product which is specially produced for racing.
On average a kart will require 20litres of fuel per race weekend. On top of the cost of tyres, accomodation, meals etc can you seriously question the need to spend an extra $80 to ensure quality racing fuel that wont destroy your engine?
